#Removing items with admin and not going away? Plz help

I am just trying to build something and when I try to remove them, they are not gone. I have used the brush tool and how can I delete them?

You can see on this image, I have the Disassemble in and I am looking at the wall

If I change to the stair instead

You can see that it's on and working. Why I can't see the walls is because I have already tried removing them.

I cannot place a new wall either cause it's in the way

Not sure what you are doing exactly, but did you just try using the sledgehammer to destroy the tiles?
