Can you try using the "Alternate launch" option when launching the game through Steam? If the game fails to start again, can you share your console.txt file, found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?

The driver does not appear to support OpenGL
This seems to be your main issue; you will need to download and install the latest drivers for your specific graphics card from your manufacturer's website (Intel)
You can also try going to “Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid” and run the game using the “ProjectZomboid32.bat” file.

Now if that does not fix your issue either, I can only recommend switching to the older "Legacy" game versions by going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Betas > Select the Legacy 40 or older versions. This is due to your PC being way below the minimum game requirements.
