I rented a server and we play fine. But whenever we sleep time doesn't go fast yet I enabled all the settings needed how can I solve it?

Time only goes fast if everyone is sleeping at the same time.

Everybody is sleeping but it still doen't fastforward

Do you have any mods enabled in that case?

yes I have some mods but none of them are related to sleeping
