I died in a car from fever and after I made another character I went to the car that I died in and then my old character was under the car um, not dead. so I was hitting it until I heard the death sound effect after that I moved the car and my character was on the ground but moving on its back and not being targetable after I reopened the game it was gone with all of the loot on it and in the bag, any fixes?

If you have issues with mods, try disabling them one by one or in batches to figure out which specific mod is causing the problems.
Do it on a new save to to prevent any issues on your current playthrough as removing mods can cause items to be permanently deleted.
After you find out which mod is problematic, consider reporting the problem to the mod creator on their workshop page.
