can’t install windows on south and west walls.

Is there a fix for, installing windows on the second story of a building? I can only install them on the north and east side on the second story of a building, you have to be outside the wall to install on the south and west side. Problem is mildly annoying

At the moment, you would have to build a floor outside and install the windows from the outside
