probably yes since its an old game. but really for 300 more you would be set for like more 5 years
the i5 is okish, the 8ram is mediocre but enough for zomboid and the graphics processor is kinda very old
you probably can run zomboid
but i dont beleave you can run anything else above LOW texture and low visuals settings

Saying "I5" is fairly generic, since it can be an I5 3rd generation or 13th generation, which would be extremely different
Some integrated cards can play the game just fine, especially newer generations, which seems to be your case as well due to the UHD 630, but for a gaming PC, a dedicated card is always preferred
Does the 700 include a monitor and other stuff as well? Since it would seem like a fairly high price for a PC that lacks a graphics card from my personal view
