NOMAD’S RESPITE is a HARDCORE ROLEPLAY server with helpful staff and a friendly player base! Because our server is an only 18+ community, we encourage all kinds of RP from being organized raiders, friends just trying to survive another day, or someone who's willing to give it all to save others.
Our team has implemented KoS (Kill on Sight) Zones within our map, however we feel it’s important to emphasize that as this is a ROLEPLAY server, KoS is not allowed everywhere and must stick to the zone. If a player were to kill another outside of the KoS zone, it should be done through RP. This is to allow for conversations to happen, and to ensure that all players enjoy the game (even if they end up in the grave!)
We have started 12 months in this unforgiving world. Supplies are VERY scarce, with a variety of zombie types, from very slow to a small percentage being sprinters! Some have banded together to try and reclaim what's left, while others have decided to fend for themselves. Will you try and group together to take back this world? Or will you defend your chosen home? What can you bring to the current survivor groups throughout Knox County? What can you take from them?
As our main focus is on storytelling and advancing our community... The choices you make can affect this constantly changing world. From the ashes of the old world rises a new one, free of the burdens of modern day living. What will you do with this second chance? The only thing we know for certain, is THIS IS HOW YOU DIED.
Mods on the server consist of QoL mods and vehicles to hard optional traits including the "Susceptible Mod"
