Can I add an entire mod pack to an Externally hosted server?

So, I am fairly new to server hosting and currently, I am using G-Portal to host my private Project Zomboid server for my friends. I was wanting to know if I can easily without too much hassle drop an entire mod pack into a server without doing each mod individually in the server files. Thanks
