Server crashing on startup, error related to sandbox_vars

The log file is attached. I know its a mess of a server but any help would be greatly appreciated, it was working fine before this. Server comes up normally if the sandbox vars file is completely deleted and allowed to regenerate.

well I deleted my sandbox vars and remade it with the same settings

and that seems to have fixed my issue

ill leave this up for posterity

incase anyone has issues with something similar? maybe my file corrupted
