It seems you cant fully see it You can download it and i CAN GURANTEE its safe No virus bullcrap incase your suspicious
That would be down to computer specifications, you can try lowering quality\disabling some settings (resolution, zoom, blood decals, dynamic skyboxes), also you will need to download and install the latest drivers for your specific graphics card from your manufacturer's website (Intel)
You can also try going to “Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid” and run the game using the “ProjectZomboid32.bat” file

Now if that does not fix your issue either, I can only recommend switching to the older "Legacy" game versions by going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Betas > Select the Legacy 40 or older versions.
