I've got the smoker trait, so if I don't smoke for a while my character becomes stressed; when I have an indicator stating I am stressed, like the 'Anxious, on edge' and I watch one of the TV shows that lowers boredom and stress (it shows stress and boredom arrows pointing down above my characters head) it actually ramps up my stress...by a lot; I'm assuming this is a bug with the TV shows, are these TV shows that lower stress meant to ramp up the stress of a smoker?

There are some TV shows & VHS tapes that will cause your character stress due to what kind of program it is. 👆 Dog goblin's one of the VHS tapes, some of the news reports & shows reporting on the situation causes stress/panic as it gets worse over time too.
