There are some guides on how to make really bad graphics cards TRY to run the game

But it wont be a good experience, the graphics card you have is just really bad

You can write to intel if you want, since they dropped the support for this graphics card in 2015

Which is the main reason it does not work right

You can also switch to the older beta version of the game which is made with older rendering options

Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Betas > Select the Legacy 40 or older versions.
