So I recently reinstalled a PC that I know could run PZ perfectly fine 6 months ago, but for some reason it has completely random performance issues now. First of all I can only start it using the alternative start (nothing happens at all when I do the default) but more importantly when I start a game it either runs smooth as butter or gives me 1 frame per minute and no in-between, and if I do get lucky and it runs smooth if I die the new character I create will spawn into 1 frame a minute, if I wait for maybe 5 minutes it will start running fine again, I've messed around with graphical settings but It hasn't changed anything

It will require further testing but I just started 5 games In a row with no immediate performance issues after disabling the guide popup
