Welcome to Stalker Roleplay from the Z-LIFE team, SRP is a unique experience which aims to recreate the Stalker experience in a roleplay setting within Project Zomboid, the community is of a substantial size and has amassed many loyals who are as enthusiastic about the project as we are. We are working towards a massive milestone which is finishing our fully in house made Stalker Standalone map, backed by Melos tiles working on the assets for our mappers to use. We have absolutely no P2W or scummy monetization schemes, our supporters do so out of good will, we have and will continue to use proceeds to commission new mods from well known and talented artists and mod creators.
If you're reading this post today (19/05/23) and you're remotely interested in the server, you're in luck! the server has just wiped and we're looking forward the flood gates opening to all Veterans, Hunters and Free stalkers! we're currently hosting this wipe on the standalone map "Camden County" made by "Spoon".
Upon starting you can create your character as normal, you'll start with a loner outfit, patch, some food and some survival essentials, The Military faction are actively trying to prevent new comers entering the Zone, they may have questions for you upon arriving at the Checkpoint, Unlicensed weapons and other contraband may be confiscated too.
Before making your way too far into the Zone, it is highly recommended to acquire a gas mask first, one can be bought from both NPC traders and most factions, radiation will do damage over time if you do not have a gas mask suited with a working filter, mutant zombies range from dumb shamblers to smart sprinters, watch your step and find fellow loners to traverse the Zone with, safety in numbers!
Their are many ways to make cash in the Zone, to start making your first paycheck as a loner, killing mutants and harvesting their jewelry and watches to sell to a trader NPC is the quickest and easiest and may be a gameplay loop you're already used to from elsewhere, but this will only get you so far, across all the factions their are a wide array of missions that can be completed for cash not to mention items that can be sold for a huge premium over the Rookie NPC, earning reputation with a faction of choice will earn you better deals in the future, both when selling items and buying.
Loot is hard to find, many loners and faction members alike will pay a premium for select materials and equipment they are searching for pda-contracts is the best way to advertise not only any wares you have to sell/buy but also services that you may have to offer or require.
Remember the Zone is a dangerous place, not just because of the mutants and radiation, but the characters within it, watch your back, and stay brave in the zone stalkers!
