I hovered over the Bottle of Water in my inventory and I enabled "Enable Autodrink", I then turned it off some time later.
Now every time I load up my save game the "Enable Autodrink" has turned itself back on again.
So if I hover over a Bottle of Water now, it will read as "Disable Autodrink", but in the Option settings under "Accessibility", the check box remains unchecked, so this this should not even be possible.

Any mods enabled perhaps? And are you able to just disable it again? Or is the issue that it just self-enables nonstop.

I have to disable the option to stop it from being drank every-time I load up a save.
In the options setting itself the box is unchecked, but when in-game the item shows it as being enabled.
Sometimes I forget to turn it off and it ends up then using my limited supply of water.
It is just more of an annoyance but an annoyance nonetheless.
