Do you have any mods on your server?

If you have issues with mods, try disabling them one by one or in batches to figure out which specific mod is causing the problems.
Do it on a new save to to prevent any issues on your current playthrough as removing mods can cause items to be permanently deleted.
After you find out which mod is problematic, consider reporting the problem to the mod creator on their workshop page.

You will need to remove them and not just disable

And if they corrupted the server files you will have to delete all the server folders as well and create a new one

Did you clear both folders : User/Zomboid/Server and Zomboid/Saves/Multiplayer?

To remove mods:

  1. Steam>Workshop>Your files>Subscribed items>Unsubscribe from all.
  2. Wipe the mod folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600
  3. Then go to Steam Library> Project zomboid> Properties> Local files> Verify.
  4. Restart Steam.

You can do it now, navigate to User/User/Zomboid and remove leftovers and if the issue persists after the following steps then you need to share the Console txt file found in User/User/Zomboid.
