You need to enable sleep in your server.ini file

Do you like to set-up a Project Zomboid server and you like to administer your PZ Server.ini and Sandboxvars.lua manually after creating it with the ingame server-editor? Or do you like to understand

SleepAllowed=false (Enable sleep)
SleepNeeded=false (If true you will need to sleep when exhausted)
