#Black screen on startup

Hello, i bought the game for a friend and he has the black screen of death issue. We tried the windowed/borderless steam launch options and we were left a bit clueless on that after it didnt work. He has a lenovo 81we ideapad (intel core i3-1005g1 - intel uhd graphics - 8 gb ddr4 - 256gb ssd.
My main thought was the drivers.

When exactly are they getting black screen problem ?

Can they share the Console txt file found in User/User/Zomboid ?

he can hear the in game music but cant exactly see anything, so i would say it happens as soon as he starts the game

If you have any mods enabled, try creating a new modless save and see if the issue persists.
If you have an AMD graphics card then make sure to download the latest drivers.

No In-Game Picture with AMD Radeon Driver Version 22.7.1

After updating my Driver from 22.6.1 to 22.7.1 (which claims to have some nice OpenGL optimizations) I do not get a picture after loading/starting a game. The main menu works normal and after creating/loading a game everything also looks normal. I can see the "These are the end times" and so on. ...

nevermind i fixed it myself thanks for eveyrhting tho

he had some issue as well with league not being able to show in fullscreen

#

but we changed it in the options .txt file found in the user > user > zomboid
