Hello and thank you for taking the time to assist. I have a player who is having trouble connecting to the server. I'm not 100% what the issue is but he sent me this screenshot. any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

on a second note I keep seeing this message from players " No more accounts may be created for this client" I went through and deleted old players from the whitelist in hopes it would help

"verify files, if that doesnt work, uninstall and install mods, if that doesnt work uninstall zomboid and mods, then reinstall and let it fetch mods from the server or just jump to the last"

Hey! Hello, i might not be the one to answer you but if you turn off the "DoLuaChecksum" on the setting page, those users can enter your server without a problem

I would not recommend doing that unless you know exactly what you are doing
