Basically, we're trying to figure out if we can change the sandbox settings from 0-30 days or 0-60 days for water/electrical shut off, to 30-60 day?

If it's not listed in the .LUA file, it's not an option

Caveat: There's SOME settings, like Zombie Lore, that don't contain ALL the possible settings (Zed SPEED of 4 = RANDOM). But, far as I can tell, it's never in the MIDDLE of possible values
