Yes you can, one player is elected the leader among everyone (they are leader for first two days where you cannot PVP.) during that time you can plot to kill or break away:)

Mods are currently done, the server is going to start Saturday, we are just in the process of getting enough people to do it, so far t seems about 12-13 people are joining
