spotted this on the server console: Server is too busy. Server will drop updates of vehicle's physics. Server is closed for new connections.

Can be caused by many things, generally it means the server either is running out of RAM or is overloaded, can be caused by mods

What do your Server Statistic show when you look at them from the Admin menu?

Those seem like mod errors
