So I'm running a DS, and we're already on July 20th and there's been no rain. Server config is default other than Low Zombie count and +10 skill points. Shouldn't there be dynamic weather by default, like Singleplayer?

It is. Sometimes it rains non-stop and sometimes it won't rain at all for a long period.

There's the command stopweather (which I haven't used BTW). Does it just stop current weather? Or does it toggle all weather off? And if the latter, how do I undo it?

It stops rain.

Recommend using Climate Control in your Admin panel instead of commands.

I need to be admin ingame for that, right?

Or can I open that panel ingame using a RCon cmd?
