I made some changes serverside to sandbox settings and changed my rcon password. Rebooted the server and now on my client machine I can't join, just stuck on "getting server info..."
No mods, rebooted client PC and restarted server process multiple times, to no avail.

Is anyone else able to join? Where is the server hosted? And how did you install it exactly?

How are you hosting (personal PC, hosting company)?? Can you login using localhost/client IP (if self-hosting)??

hosting company. It's headless so I have access to the admin commands and that's about it
installed through steamcmd
also, both client and server are updated to 41.78.13 now, same issue

alright, after deleting Saves, Server, and db directories on serverside, the issue went away. I'm assuming if you create a world, then change the sandbox vars, then restart, something corrupts or hangs when trying to load world or player save data. Just my guess.
