Title says it all. Is it possible to fix the multiplayer desync issue? Playing with sprinters on and it’s scary when they teleport around lol.

Sprinters are disabled on MP for a reason. Are you using a mod ? Don't think there is any solution for desync when playing with mods, other than disabling them.

No mods yet. Even other zombies seem to lag a bit for other people too
The worst desync so far is player movement. What happens on someone’s screen is never what other people see
