oiffer to join is forever, we have slots that open when people die, we can also REZ people if we go to a new town but that can take hours or even IRL days to perpare
those with less death counters always take priority in those who have died, meaning a person with 1 death count must left the game if a person with 0 death count is looking to join, its a weird rule set but there is no other way to make this as "Semi Perma Death" as possible without such a rule
