my friend cant join servers after her game crashed all she can do is go into the charichter creation then when she trys to join all she gets is black and if she dose anything it returns her to the main menue

She needs to try to log in under a different name.

Game crash can result in the file corruption. If she can successfully create another character on your server , the first one is likely corrupted.
