Horde night every 7 days (IG)
Loot respawns every 5 hours (IRL)
Floor items gets deleted every 2 hours (IRL)
Corpse Despawns every 2 hours (IRL)
Power & Water set to 2-6 months (IG)
28+ Maps, and many many mods!
Factions/Vehicle Ownership!
Sell and buy loot via radio!
Restarts 3AM, 9AM, 3PM, and 9PM UTC Time

Just had a fresh wipe! Added a ton of Mods and active staff! come join =] Server Started 10/21, wiped bi-monthly, maybe monthly. getting community input to vote on things. We appreciate all the new players! ❤️

We had 8 people on last night and tonight, going to bump up our Dedicated server to 32 people.

Earlier yesterday, we had a huge update. We have Basements, RV interiors, Brita Weapons and we're constantly testing and adding more mods as long as the server remains stable. We will wipe about every 2 months/1 month if we can help it. iiiviiiixiv is the best!

Server running super smooth! Come join our small growing community at Den of Sin! We're constantly improving and getting feedback from our members. Non-residential buildings are available for claim. Just ask an admin and we will review the building to make sure it isnt too excessive or prevents others from gaining loot (Such as a Mall)
