1:) Do you have mods "Enabled" in the mods section?
2): Where does it crash? Just normal playtime after a certain time, or if you do something?
3): How much RAM does your computer have.
4): What OS are you running?

1): On the main menu, there it will say "Mods", if you select that, make sure nothing is enabled if you have any.
2): With only 8GB, my computer uses about 4GB just from processes and Chrome, so I can only assume your game, which can easily reach an additional 4GB is running out of memory allocation.
3): I would try running your game on lower settings.
Try setting your stuff to low and see if it crashes after the same amount of time.
Could you post your computers specs?
To check your PC hardware specs, click on the Windows Start button, then click on Settings (the gear icon). In the Settings menu, click on System. Scroll down and click on About. On this screen, you should see specs for your processor, Memory (RAM).
It might be memory leak, it could be that 8GB maybe not enough.
If you are hitting almost 80% GPU usage, on Low settings, that's a good hint that it's memory allocation.

To find out what graphics card you have, open the Start menu or desktop search bar on your PC, start typing Device Manager, and select it when the option appears. You’ll see an entry near the top for Display adapters. Click the drop-down arrow and the name and model of your GPU will appear right below.
Have you heard of a website called "Can You Run It"?

Do you have PZ running now?
Unless I am wrong but according to that you have 7.87 of Physically memory, but something is using it.
You only have 652MB of it left so there is not enough memory to run the game.
Open up your Task Manager, and go to Performance, what does it say "Memory" when nothing is running?
That's Windows and that for you.
The game needs about 4GB to run well, if you are already at 4.8GB and you are driving the game is going to use more the longer it runs.
One of the Tech support Devs will take a look at this for you but I think your problem is a memory allocation problem.
If you are on a Desktop, look at getting a 16GB, or Two 8GB of RAM Strips if you can, they are relatively cheap to get.
