Whats your memory usage when this happens?

Try playing in Windowed mode and have your task manager to the side

Since it is just an error where it says that the graphics card ran out of memory

I would probably recommend you lower your game settings since it might just go over the limit

Did you touched the pagefile? It can bring such problems, if set too low. The best is to leave as is.
