If you have any mods enabled, try creating a new modless save and see if the issue persists.
If you have an AMD graphics card then make sure to download the latest drivers.

After updating my Driver from 22.6.1 to 22.7.1 (which claims to have some nice OpenGL optimizations) I do not get a picture after loading/starting a game. Have you tried using Alternative launching?

Launch game through Steam and choose Alternative launching

Open Steam library> Project zomboid> launch

A pile of memory errors in the log, try removing the steam overlay and reset the graphics card settings

#

Also, PZ doesn't run well with integrated graphics cards. Are the drivers up to date?

Try switching to an older build (legacy 40) and see if you can run it.

How are you exactly running the bat file?

Are you doubleclicking it?

Based on the log you sent above it seems like your PC is running out of RAM

Whats your usage when running the game?

Lower the game settings

#

The CPU usage isnt bad, the game uses a lot of CPU power when loading textures

#

Especially since you dont have a graphics card

#

The RAM is the problem

#

I would recommend you turn off any background programs taking up the RAM
