I tend to take a look at other wikis to see how we can improve our own wiki, so far I've taken influence from Minecraft wikis, Stardew Valley, Banished and many more. Recently I've been looking at the Fallout: New Vegas wiki (https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas), which is where I got the idea to display the item model in the infobox (https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fire_axe_(Fallout:_New_Vegas) = https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Axe), which will increase across the wiki once build 41 is released.

So with that said, one thing the New Vegas/Fallout wiki does is lists items over an entire page, similar to our Items page (https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Items), except with each page being a different category, such as Weapons (https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas_weapons), Food (https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas_consumables), Clothing (https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas_armor_and_clothing), etc.

The "Items" page is our most visited page, making this a massive change for the wiki, so I'm asking for anyone's opinion on this change.

Examples of this can already be seen on the Skill Books (https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Skill_Books) and Recipe Magazines (https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Recipe_Magazines) pages.

The high traffic 'Items' page is going to be getting a major renovation. Rather than having all the items listed on a single page, there will be buttons at the top of the page linking to a list of items for a particular category.

This had to be done because with the amount of new clothing and weapons being added will have a major effect on slowing down loading this page. Also, for the future of translation, the amount of templates being loaded will also cause the server to timeout before the page is loaded. As well, I think it helps a lot with navigation.

It's highly likely that animations will force underwear,
Meaning it's highly likely there will be a body retexture to make them truly nude, and underwear added back as an actual clothing item.

I for one would use these mods, not because I want to 'see tiddies' - but because of the level of 'realism' it brings with it.
Particularly in a game as 'hardcore'/unforgiving as PZ.

I'm sure I've seen that clothing gets dirty over time, and needs to be washed. Of all your garments to wash, your underwear should be the most important - I'd rather have to take care of that too (realism) - than have it permanently 'painted' on my skin.

Can someone clarify what paint and plaster do? Wiki and Google shows 50 mixed answers. Some say they do nothing. Some say plaster adds to wall hp. Some say painted walls don't attract zombies so they will focus on doors and barricades. Some say plastered walls are not destructible by zombies. Which is it?

Examples of this are Mechanic which has amateur mechanic "trait", however is different to the Amateur Mechanic trait that you can give to your character. @steep cobalt I wouldn't consider a role entirely necessary at the moment. The translator role is mostly so members of the role can be @'d so they can be notified easily. Not really something that's necessary for the wiki at the moment. But if things change, then sure.

Heya, I was so sad nobody made a page or put information on an already existing page about what tools or skill levels you need for certain car parts to take them out or put them in, I began getting all the information there is about car parts and stuff, but I've hit a bump, I can't go in the games code or anything because I'm not a programmer (Though I can understand some aspects of programming) which means I am getting all my information from in-game experience and that's it. I want to know what level mechanical skill you need, what tools, and what recipe for each type. Now, because I can't get all the information about everything by stumbling through the game, I want to ask you guys if you can find information about types of Brakes, Tires, Gas Tanks, Seats and Suspensions. (maybe also mufflers, but I think I already found every type of muffler (old, performance and average)). The reason I'm asking this is because the pages on all these items are from built 39.67.5 and sometimes from 40.5, but I don't think the vehicles are going to change any time soon.

Okay, so now I now for certain that I need to find the information about certain types of parts. That's a step in the right direction. The thing I want to add to every page is what skills, tools and recipes you need to actually be able to repair, install, uninstall or adjust the part in question. I don't know who could look at the parts I'm missing.
That list is as follows;
-Old brakes
-Double rear door (there is no double front door I suppose)
-Standard gas tank
-Big gas tank
-Sports seat
-Regular tire

I also ran into the problem that I can't create a PZwiki account because mine has been marked as spam-mail? I've send an e-mail to kirrus but he didn't respond, can somebody else help me with this?

In the https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Items/Unimplemented page theres a few firearms that arent mentioned that being the D-E Pistol, M1911 Pistol and the M9 Pistol. All 3 of these are seen in the inventory of a survivor in the August 1st Animation Progress Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZ--ksbxwBQ&list=PL8vlo8QBRWP-x6bqFkOoJzQtIB72WmjS7&index=111 at the 1:23 mark. Plus there have been mention of revolvers as well.
