#Need an fob team

It's rough since you're missing a few units to slot in but:
INT SSJ4 Vegeta + Goku
PHY Majin Vegeta + SSJ2 Goku
PHY SSJ3 Goku & SSJ2 Vegeta (Spirit Bomb)
AGL Kai Goku
AGL SSJ4 Gogeta
TEQ SSJ Goku + SSJ Vegeta > Super Vegito
Rotations
INT SSJ4s + PHY MV
INT SSJ4s + TEQ Vegito
Focus on getting TEQ Vegito to 4M Def as Vegeta, then you can leave him as Goku for the rest of the fight
If you can get 24 ki with Majin Vegeta, try to get his EX Super, else stay as Goku for the time being
PHY Spirit Bomb and AGL Kai Goku can float and survive on their own once they reach 10-20 million DEF
Focus on getting Kai Goku, PHY Spirit Bomb and TEQ Vegeta to their respective DEF requirements for later phases
Do not let your INT SSJ4 and PHY MV miss out on stacks
2.5 - 3.0M DEF is fine for TEQ Vegito
I went 4 mil just for good measure, but that's just me being paranoid
I’d make a few changes to this to, something like:
LR AGL Gogeta x2
LR TEQ Vegito
LR AGL Gomah
LR INT SSJ4’s
LR TEQ SSJG’s
UR AGL Kid Goku or EZA LR PHY MBS Duo or LR PHY MBS SSJ2’s
2 units on the team you made only stack DEF and one of them dont stack at all, so damage and tanking would be an issue in later phases
But yeah, Pair Gomah with someone with a scouter so when you do put him in slot 1, he won't eat a super before attacking himself
My bad gang, I just woke up and did not see the SSR versions of AGL Gogeta
all good everyone makes mistakes
I just got the new vegeta and str ssj blue goku. Would they be added to the team?
No
They need to be carried with items in the late phases without V&T
Vegeta and Trunks
Why didnt you just use the team i made because that is terrible for fob
Sorry I just came back to playing and don’t really know all the terms
Thats fine, you couldve asked and i wouldve clarified for you
But you might as well restart because that team isnt good for fob and is fated to fail
The transforming one
Aright
I’ll just link you the big guide thingy
Its FoB you dont have set rotations, you stack units as they need it.
For the 7Ys (SSGs and SSJ4s) and INT LR SSJ4s:
Keep them on rotation at all times (preferable seperate rotations).
You need to gauge how much Ki you give them every turn as they can deal too much damage if you give them too much Ki, but you also dont want to give them too little so they dont do additional SAs (read their passive)
Ideally transform them during the Daima phase, earlier if you need the damage.
For Gogeta / Vegito:
Their base stacks ATK
Their exchanged form stacks DEF
You want to stack DEF to around 2,5m and then stack ATK.
That makes them tank basically all normals in the stage and in the later phases (starting from Fat Buu) you can SA scout by transforming them.
Transform them during the last two phases.
For Wrathly:
He can deal WAY too much damage early on, so ideally let him get his buildup from getting hit and then float him until like phase 25 or so.
Use his active sometime in the last three phases.
For Gomah:
He can deal WAY too much damage early on, so ideally float him until like phase 25 or so.
You dont use his active at all (if you have enough damage you can use it to clear the SAs in one of the last two phases).
For SSJ3 Goku:
He doesnt need too much stacking, so floating him most of the time is fine, but depending on the situation you might want to put him on rotation for a bit.
Transform him in Turn 5, he doesnt stack before transformation.
For Daima4:
Just float him, he deals too much damage and doesnt stack himself.
For GoFrieza:
Swap to Goku and float them, they dont need stacks.
Just make sure you give them a RBW Ki every time in the later phases.
For V&T:
Dont put them in slot 1 until the end, else they deal too much damage.
For FPF, TEQ Vegeta and NamekVegeta:
Always keep on rotation, he needs as many stacks as possible to live.
Okay so I didn’t understand any of that
So try to make them do as little damage as possible
What dont you understand?
I can try to make it simpler but i dont think it can get any moreso
In earlier phases yes, you want to maximize stacking by doing less damage (but still enough to kill by the end of the charge counts ofc)
Think I could screenshare and get help?
What do you need help with? Ingame?
Best i can do is screenshots
Bring Whis and keep the Bulma
For the SSJ3 Goku and SSJ2 Vegeta, just float them as they’re low maintenance and dont stack ATK
The guide i posted covers the other units
Just tell me specifically what parts of it you dont get and i can try to clarify
Around the fat buu phase is when attacks start doing significant damage
Basically anyone on this team except the ATK sides of Vegito and Gogeta can slot 1
But you’ll still want to place them in spots away from super attacks, their defensive sides cant handle them either
Alright I keep putting gomah and vegeta in slot 3 so I can stack the others. Should I keep them slot 1 ?
Gomah should only be slot 1 in later phases when you want to maximize damage
SSJ4 Vegeta should be a main roto unit, and ideally you also wanna keep vegito and gogeta on rotation to stack their DEF asap
Keep it as is
You dont need me to do every turn, i can start helping you around like fat buu
Alright
Its pretty simple early on
I just didn’t know stacking very well
Yes it takes time to stack
Thats why there's 50 phases for you to do so
You seem to barely be on the 20th one
Did you put him in slot 1?
Cause thats definitely a point where you can/should start slot 1'ing him
Well thats why then, he needs to receive an attack first to do damage
He's missing out on something like 3x damage if he doesnt
AGL Paikuhan is phase 25 iirc
So then?
If your Vegito and Gogetas have 2.5M def minimum, yes
What did the turn look like and who was the enemy (their class and type)
Cause the defensive sides of vegito and gogeta dont have any SE or crit so you can definitely lose to type disadvantage enemies if they're doing basically no damage
It was phy gogeta and it was gogeta vegito and gomah
Did you keep both of them on the defensive side?
That would be a situation where you'd want one on the damage side so you can get through the turn
And maybe even put gomah slot 1 just to be safe
Yeah I kept them in defensive
I don’t know much. Last time i seriously played was in 2017 and just kinda logged on after that
Yeahh FoB is pretty different than anything from that era
But once you play around with it a bit it gets easy
Bro I just lost again on turn 7 and I had ssj4 vegeta and buu duo on turn
that doesnt matter for fob
or that much in general
Oh
not much i can do there unfortunately
I just keep losing to the rotations with Gomah vegito and gogeta
well yeah keep one of the defensive sides in slot 1, then swap to an offensive side in slot 2
or if you really wanna be safe you could do gomah slot 1 and put both of them on offense
I’ll try the first option
