Which team would be the most versatile and strongest with all these cards?
I have majin vegeta and goku ssj4 daima twice

That depends on who you ask, I personally dont want to bother with PHY EZA LR MBS Duos standby so I avoid using them for general content.

Dupes are completely irrelevant, yes

The only time dupes are relevant is if you have a choice between two units, then you might want to use the one with more dupes, but even then it depends on the exact content.

With the 500 pieces, I won't buy any duplicates then? Because someone told me it was important and that the GT duo didn't do much damage with the Gendikama because I didn't have dupes.

No, dont waste your coins for dupes.
And their standby finish depends on your stacks with them as they stack ATK in their base form.

If you want to run him you can do:

str Daima4 + int SSJ4s (lead)
phy MBS Exchange + phy EZA MBS Duo
Floaters:
int SSJ4s (friend) - str EZA GT Duo - phy UI
The issue with the phy MBS Exchange on super teams is that they are relying on the MBS ally to be in the same turn for their early exchange

You can also do:

phy MBS Exchange (lead) + phy EZA MBS Duo
teq Dabura (friend) + int SEZA Babidi
