I dont think either one is better outright.

STR EZA LR SSJ Goku has his orb changing which helps the Daima4s quite a bit, but his personal performance aint amazing as a floater (but the on rotation options you have are better)
PHY Glorio doesnt really care about anything and just has permanent support, but he will fall flat if the enemy has dodge cancelling and he doesnt do well against AoEs as he gains part of his dodge post attacking
