The stages arent new, its just the old ones put into one event.
But:

agl Gogeta4 (lead) + phy EZA SSJ4s
agl Gogeta4 (friend) + str SEZA SSJ4 Goku
Floaters:
agl SSJ3 Goku - agl SEZA SSJ4 Vegeta - str EZA SSJ GT Trunks

or

agl Gohan/Gamma + phy EZA Gohan (friend)
str SSBs + teq EZA SSGs
Floaters:
str Beast (lead) - phy SEZA SSB Vegito - agl EZA Gamma

Would be the two best teams that I can see

You dont, you help and are consistent and then you get helper

No, you dont need to know everything (when I first got helper I was giga ass at making teams)
