My last attempt was Agl Gogeta leader and friend lead, Seza Str Gogeta, teq Vegito, Phy Super Kaioken, teq Gogeta, and Agl ssj3 goku

Vegito (friend) + Gogeta
Floaters:
Gogeta - GoFrieza - SSJ2A Goku

Use Whis early on to make sure you dont die before you can transform/exchange.
When you get the actives the fight is already over anyway.

By exchange/transform you mean Transform into Vegito, gogeta, and ssj3 goku and exchanging into Goku with int Gofrieza?

Basically:
Use Whis Turn 1 (if you get AGL SSJ3A Goku he can slot 1 turn 1 without Whis, then use it turn 2)
Use Whis again when the first Whis ran out
Congrats you can exchange/transform

I also need help with the tournament participants mission for Goku's story and Vegeta's story

It does only require 5 though so if there's another unit for that 6th slot that would be good let me know

Should I swap any of it for the goku's story one since there's no dodge canceling?

Maybe someone like Teq Caulifla for her 100% dodge

You can do that, but you can also just use the same team for both

Also would you reccomend swapping the teq Vegitos over to Vegeta for a few turns or just transform into Vegito ASAP?

I personally did it with one turn of Vegeta and then just let the Vegitos rip

I nearly had an issue in the otherworld warriors one where the vegitos active turns didnt kill, so Gogeta had to slot 1 the turn after
