There are no F2P characters that would improve your current team.
Its a good idea to farm all F2P units eventually, but they arent a huge priority for you atm.

The amount of effort to get PB Tien for the super minor improvement isnt worth it.
Android/Uncontrollable power doesnt have good F2P units except for PB BioBroly pretty much, same issue as PB Tien and they wouldnt even have a full team.

Although its not a bad thing to pull for a new character if you like the character themself, it just might not be optimal to pull for them with the anniversary coming up cause the anniversary characters are usually stupidly strong
But if you like a character and wanna pull for them, go for it cause it'll make the game more enjoyable and that reduces burnout
If you do want something to work towards at the moment there is a f2p unit that does work okay with that new android 16 unit

You dont have enough units at the moment to make a team for android 16 but it'll be good in the future when you do

And then they would still lack units to make a full team
It would just be a waste of their time unless they really like that unit
