Yea thats perfectly fine, but thats why we generally want people to post their box so stuff like this doesnt happen.

Miniccolo is pretty good, but he is by no means necessary and as mentioned you can get him on any future banner anyway.

Just so I know for the future how do I approach banners? Only summon until I have the main featured unit or continue summoning if the ratio of units I dont have on that banner is higher?

Generally speaking:
The less new (limited available) units you can get on a banner, the less value it has.
Ofc there are units that are better and there are units that are worse on banners.
For example the PHY EZA Piccolo (not the Daima one) is pretty bad, so even if you dont have him id say he doesnt change the priority of that banner at all.
