I’m testing the 2nd team out and goldgeta and dripgeta aren’t doing as much damage

Dripgeta isnt there to deal much damage (but he should be at like 15-20m), hes there to orb change and live.
Are you not putting Goldgeta in slot 1? I assume you read the passive.
The friend one you float, use the taunt and then exchange to Gogeta.

And yea the actual damage dealt is much lower than the ATK stat, thats normal.
Goldgetas damage scales with attacks received before attacking, so if you barely have attacks before slot 1 the unit wont deal much damage.
