I played back in 2017 and since then played on and off, now i want to get back into the game and dont know what to use, any help is appreciated.

Phy Glorio - Great support with some decent stacking and damage
Phy LR SS2 Gohan - Overall good unit, but not great.
Phy SSJ Kaioken Goku - Great damage but drains your health quickly.
Str LR Team Turles - Great filler unit that when used fully, deals decent damage and has decent survivability.
Str SSJ GT Trunks - Pretty good. When used fully is a great GT unit/Hybrid Saiyans unit.
Str Recoome and Guldo - Decent slot 1s and damage, but needs Ginyu.
Str SEZA SSJ Broly - Amazing farming unit, will do great up until 10th Anni content, then got powercreeped.
Str LR Cell Max - Decent unit up until 10th Anni. But he get gutted nowadays. However, AOE units are great for farming.
Str SEZA SS4 Goku - Amazing 1st/2nd slot unit with great damage and possible SA counter.
Str SSJ Namek Goku - Decent umit when activated, but only okay otherwise.
Str LR SSJB Evolved Vegeta - Decent unit but requires RNG to work and clashes in linking with the other SSJB Evolved Vegeta.
Str SEZA Gogeta - Great unit. Requires effort to work in current hardest content but is usable there.
Int LR Freeza + Goku - Freeza is hot doo doo, but the Goku side is amazing with slot 1 potential.
Int LR Gammas - My personal favourite. Decent damage and decent survivability. Usable in hardest content but I'll admit they don't look too great anymore.
Int Jacket Vegeta - Decent filler unit for Movie Heroes.
Int Golden Freeza - Not good anymore, but possible filler for 9th Anni content and older on Super Bosses teams.
Int SEZA Ultimate Gohan - Decent filler unit. Haven't used him.
Int LR Merged Zamasu - Great damage and survivability post attacking.
Int SEZA Janemba - Decent filler.
Int LR Ginyu - With recent Ezas to his team, usable and decent on it.
Int LR Vegeta and Trunks - Amazing slot 1 monster with stacking on the Ultra SA FOR THE WHOLE TEAM.

Teq General Blue - I don't have him, but his kit looks pretty nice with some decent utilities.
Teq Syn Shenron - Great unit if you consistently feed him 7 orbs, 4 if you just want him to live.
Teq SS2 Vegeta (Transform into Majin) - Decently tanky unit. Not much firepower tho.
Agl Pod Freeza - Amazing unit when used with the right team. Sadly not much friends to pair with.
Agl LR SS3/4 Goku - Amazing unit with tons of support.
Agl SEZA SS4 Vegeta - Great slot 2/3 unit that deals decent damage and could counter supers.
Agl Bulma - Decent dodge and support unit. Won't see much damage and getting hit is a death sentence.
Agl LR Vegeta + Goku - Amazing unit with one of the most impactful transformations ever on Vegeta's active.
Agl Skinny Buu - Decent filler for REP U7.

Oh sick i have more usable units then i thought i did im gonna do what i can to upgrade them as far as i can, till then ill wait for some team suggestions im going to use alg lr ss3/4 goku, agl and str seza ss4 vegita and goku, agl and str lr ss4 goku and vegita and teq eza ss4 gogeta
