Thats a bit of a loaded question because it requires you to understand quite a few things of the game

Namely:
What makes a unit good
How rotations work
How slot placements work
What makes floaters good

Ill try to keep it simple:
All of the units are very good on their own.

STR LR SSBs + AGL LR Gogeta
and
STR LR RoseMasu + AGL SEZA Rose
link really well and both rotations have a slot 1 and a capable slot 2 unit

The floaters are all self sufficient and provide links and/or utility for the main rotation

We have a few guides in #1304897687027712072, but what makes a unit good is a bit too broad to cover properly.

Since there are no set factors that make a unit good.

For example if a unit only has guard, it doesnt make the unit good
if a unit only has high DR it doesnt make a unit good
if a unit only has high DEF it doesnt make a unit good
if a unit does however has a combination of two or three of them it PROBABLY makes the unit good (but doesnt guarantee it)

offensively its mostly multiplicative buffs, but thats also another thing thats pretty complicated

Only F2P units work there, so its A LOT of farming to have a decent team for that.
