The only two decent partners I see would be INT ChiChi or STR LR Bulma.

STR LR Tien + INT ChiChi - Friend PHY Tao + TEQ Blue - TEQ LR Vegito - AGL EZA SSB Goku - STR EZA LR KK Goku
would be the best team that I can see that focusses on Tien.

You could run STR LR Bulma instead of the STR EZA LR KK Goku, but that would mean that INT ChiChi doesnt get her Guard as often.

Better partners for STR LR Tien would be:
PHY Tao, PHY EZA KidGoku or AGL KidGoku
