#Hiding attributes in tooltip

My server is on 1.21.4 and i want to hide the attributes in the tooltip. Is there any quick and lag free way to do it while maintaining the attribute modifiers? I have 60+ items that are saved in variables.

Sadly none of the examples in This Link work for me and down here is why

Remove Vanilla Attribute Modifiers - Removes the attributes that i want to keep
Apply/Hide Empty Modifier - Hides it but doesn't keep the modifiers
Copy/Hide Vanilla Modifiers - Lags the server
