Your function requires the variable to be true, but you dont set it to true until after you try running the function

I know you dont want me to talk about anything else, but I dont think you need the first loop all players: there

if all you're doing is set {tagtime} to 30, just do that line

because right now youre running that line once per player, when it only needs to be run once
