Chat with Luckperms

Is it possible to make so that there is not just the players rank but also something like a level before it so it will be [lv1] [rank] [player]: [message] but i want to be able to make the ranks with luckperms and the level in skript. I dont think this is possible but if it is please give me an example of how to do this or something, ty

Use vault, so player's prefix/player's group

Use chat formatting by the way

and then use the list
