there are short and less short tutorials (which are skimmable) on things like variables and commands, which is 90% of what makes up what you want
the thing about things like programming is that you wont always find an already written solution or guide on specifically what you want and thats the beauty of it, you learn different aspects and concepts individually and then through what you learn, you are able to combine those different things into a final complete solution

i didnt say sit through a tutorial, im saying typically if you have the time to sit and wait for a potential answer, you have the time to do some research via textual guides or similar
and as i said, they can be skimmed
either way, most people here are willing to teach if you are willing to learn and pay attention
if you are in absolute crunch/are unwilling/unable to take the time to learn for whatever reason then the forums would be your better bet as that has dedicated places to request things to be made for you
