use on right click with ender pearl and check if the player is in combat and cancel event

im not sure about the elytra

i know skstuff has some elytra stuff

i mean

  {combatlog::*} contains player
  cancel event
  send "{@Prefix} &fYou can't use ender pearls while in &cCombat Tag" to player

about elytra, idk how to disable it, but you can unequip it and prevent players from using one while in combat
