ill definitely help you, but im curious why you wanna spam your discord link to your players every 30 seconds?
What if your player is already on discord?
Then they have to see the link spammed in chat every 3 seconds?

ok, so:

dont use broadcast, these messages dont need to go to console
use send "" to all players, its only players that need to see the messages

every 5 minutes:
  send formatted "Check out our <link:https://mydiscord.com>DISCORD" to all players
