Well for me it works, try changing the spruce wooden plank to spruce plank
The only thing I could think of is your server version, but the logs and planks came out a while before 1.12
If you can't find anything else to work, maybe go on github and create a report or something, unless someone else knows how

you are using 1.12, which will be unsupported by Skript pretty soon. So, just use console commands or blocks with data values. defaults to oak
